All designs and information are owned by Letter Bird Lane and are protected by copyright law. It is an offence to steal in whole or part any of the designs and content created by Letter Bird Lane. It is illegal to reproduce any content from this site without permission from Letter Bird Lane. Letter Bird Lane also reserves the right to use any part of any stationery produced by Letter Bird Lane for marketing purposes and future designs. Personalisation

Customers submit own wording for any stationery item making each item unique. Simply submit wording, for both sides of the invitation if necessary, in the required field within the ordering process. All designs in the Wedding Invitations Collection can easily be used for Engagement invitations. Any of the designs in Baby Shower, New Baby, Christening and Birthdays can be used for an event of your choice. All that is simply required is the wording you would like printed. If you have any queries regarding wording, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Card Stocks

We offer two types of card stock (White Shimmer and White Smooth Matt) for Baby Shower. New Baby, Christening, Birthday and Bar/Bat Mitzvah. Our high quality white shimmer stock has a very pretty and subtle speckle shimmer, which in no way compromises the printed colours, unlike some other metallic stocks. You can select an upgrade to the white shimmer stock for an additional fee of $0.50 per card. All wedding products are printed using the White Shimmer stock.

Custom Designs

If you like the style and designs of Letter Bird Lane’s work but cannot find a design that suits your event we would be happy to work with you to create the perfect invitation or announcement. Please see the Custom section.

PDF Proofs

Customers will receive an email containing a PDF of the proof within 2-3 working days upon receipt of full payment and submission of all required text information. Two rounds of changes or corrections to the proof can be made via email. Final approval is to be confirmed in writing, along with the order number, to approval@letterbirdlane.com.au. This confirmation is approval by the customer that all the text and content is correct. Any corrections/ changes after the initial two rounds of changes will incur an additional fee. The customer will be required to reprint any orders at their own cost if approval was confirmed to final proof containing any errors.

Colour Variations

Onscreen colours and finished product colours may vary slightly due to monitor variations. Slight colour variations can occur between each stationery piece, due to the natural process of digital printing.

Payment & Methods

Payment must be received in full before we commence personalisation. Payments can be made securely by credit card or bankcard via the secure PayPal site. PayPal’s service allows anyone to pay in any way they prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, without sharing financial information. For further information regarding PayPal please see www.paypal.com.au. Letter Bird Lane also accepts bank deposit, cheque or money order. When using these methods we require payment to clear prior to commencement of the order. For bank deposit we kindly ask that you make a note of your name in the description section and notify us via email when deposit has been made.

Refunds/ Cancellations

Due to the nature of the personalised stationery products, refunds cannot be made if the order has been sent to print. If a cancellation is required before order is sent to production a refund of 50% will be given.

Sample Packs

Sample packs are available to purchase for a fee. We can send out an Event Pack for $10.00, which will include 3 stationery pieces from the baby, birthday and christening collections, plus a Colour Chart for colour customisation reference. We also offer a Wedding Pack for $15.00, which will include 3 stationery pieces from 3 different wedding collections, plus a Colour Chart. We do not send out 3 stationery items from one wedding collection. These fees are redeemable when an order has been placed. We will deduct the sample fee from the total in your invoice. Due to the large number of stationery items, unfortunately we may not have all designs in stock therefore we cannot guarantee that you will receive a specific design. Sample packs contain generic stationery wording colours, therefore we are unable to personalise the text and colours due to the printing process. There is a limit of one sample pack per customer. Privacy

Our customers personal details and guest information is considered private and confidential. We ensure to keep all information secure and will not under any circumstance distribute to any third party. Letter Bird Lane will never ask you for your credit card details.

Images

If your personalised stationery piece requires a photo, please send via email or post a CD or hardcopy. Please ensure any digital images are supplied as a JPEG and are high resolution. If there are any problems with the image you will be contacted to arrange an alternative image. You can choose to have your colour photo changed to black and white, during the proof stage. Letter Bird Lane will not be responsible for any CDs or photographs lost or damaged in transit. Any submitted hardcopy of photograph will be returned with final product.

Ownership of Photography

When supplying images to Letter Bird Lane for use in printed material, you certify that you are the parent or guardian of the baby or child or you have obtained permission from the parent of guardian of the baby or child; and that you have the rights to use the provided image. Letter Bird Lane has the right to deny use of any image that is considered inappropriate or offensive. Professional images that have been supplied by a professional photographer may be protected by copyright laws and may require permission from the photographer when being reproduced. Letter Bird Lane will credit photographer on stationery if requested.

Rounded Corners

Letter Bird Lane offers rounded corners as a nice finishing touch, with most stationery items. You can select this option during the ordering process.

Stationery Quantities

A minimum quantity of 50 is required for each stationery order. We suggest ordering 10-20 spares, depending on the item, to allow for any handwritten errors, replacements or keepsakes. To avoid any smudges or ink blotches, it is advisable to test the pen to be used to determine whether it is suitable for handwriting on the product. Our stationery has not been designed to be put through another printer for extra type or guests names. Any additional orders will require the minimum order quantity of 50.

Envelopes

Envelopes are included with all invitations and announcements. Envelopes are a white shimmer stock and will be blank. Wedding reply cards also will come with an ivory or white envelope. If we are currently out of stock of the specified envelope, we will contact you to discuss an alternative envelope.

Delivery

We have a standard flat rate of $20 to all Australian locations. Orders will be delivered either by Australia Post or Courier and will require a signature. Upon completion of the order, we will notify you of the estimated delivery date. Letter Bird Lane is not liable for any loss or damage caused by third parties, or responsible for any delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. Please allow between 14-28 days from start to finish of your order. We will make every effort to have your stationery to you in a timely manner. The quoted delivery time frame is an estimate and will depend on factors such as the speed of which you supply all necessary information and confirm approval.

International Delivery

We welcome international orders. You will be responsible for any applicable duties and taxes, which may incur once your parcel has reached the destination. We would appreciate if you could look into whether any of these will apply to you, before placing an order. Kindly allow extra time for shipping to an international location. Approval and payment of all orders is considered acceptance of all terms and conditions.
